The first session offers an opportunity to talk about your life story, discuss current issues, and the type of aspects you would like to change. An equally important part of the first session is deciding if the working relationship is a good fit. We want to ensure that you and Cindy can create an open and welcoming atmosphere to be vulnerable and work towards your personal goals.

Together you will work through them piece by piece to process emotions, and leave you better equipped to face the difficulties life throws at you.
